Senior Generative AI Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and evolve the Orion GenAI Platform to accelerate GenAI product delivery at scale. You will standardize technology stacks, provide reusable components, and shield application teams from complexity to enable rapid innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions that drive product velocity and quality. This is a pivotal role for shaping AI-driven capabilities within a leading healthcare and life sciences data ecosystem. Pay / Benefits * Platform development and architectural design of the Orion GenAI Platform to support scalable deployments * Accelerate development and delivery lifecycle of GenAI products * Standardize technology stacks and best practices for consistency and quality * Provide standard components and tools to enable rapid innovation * Abstract and manage technical complexity to let application teams focus on domain features * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and integrate GenAI solutions Tasks * Proven software design and architecture experience for large-scale platforms * Strong understanding of development best practices including CI/CD, version control, and testing * Deep Generative AI expertise with transformers, embedding models, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents * Solid data engineering and ML engineering background; Databricks a plus * Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure * Advanced Python programming skills for AI models and applications * Web development proficiency, especially JavaScript * Experience with parallel processing and GPU/CUDA programming (nice-to-have) * Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field is preferred * 8+ years of software engineering experience with AI focus on GenAI Key requirements * hybrid work model * opportunity to impact healthcare through GenAI * collaborative culture * cross-functional exposure * work with cutting-edge GenAI tech * global scale projects
