Principal Software Engineer

Experteer Overview As Principal Engineer / Domain Architect in the Engage domain, you will steer multiple teams toward a cohesive, scalable platform powering customer conversations. You will contribute hands-on to production code (Java and TypeScript) while guiding architecture and engineering decisions. You’ll define the Engage domain’s target state and evolve it through practical patterns and guardrails. The role emphasizes cross-team influence, operational excellence, and frontend architecture standards to reduce friction and raise engineering maturity. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role.
