Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform core SAP processes, focusing on SD/OTC to enable seamless order-to-cash operations and customer experiences. You will work with cross-functional teams on design, configuration, and implementation while guiding workshops and deployments. The position combines technical SAP work with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business development to drive value for clients. You will operate within Deloitte’s SAP practice, contributing to large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs and cloud-enabled transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP SD and OTC engagements by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions under project leadership * Assess current processes and design future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions to improve order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas (sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, EDI/IDoc) * Develop and maintain deliverables such as functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and defect-tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP or consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration with SAP SD/OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ in a primary SAP SD/OTC role * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC across 3+ functional areas (e.g., pricing, billing, ATP, order management, delivery, EDI/IDoc) * Experience producing core deliverables and managing SIT/UAT using a defect-tracking tool * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
