Job description
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Youâll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. Youâll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

- Technology enablement: Incorporating analytics, AI, automation and other new tools and methods in the execution of audit work for our clients, enabling a deeper, broader, more efficient, and more insightful analysis of our clientsâ technology risks.
- Staying current: We support a broad set of potential certifications and related trainings for our team, equipping our technology audit organization to stay at the forefront of emerging risks and trends.

- Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, ITIL, etc.
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.
- Exposure to and/or interest in:

The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.), disaster recovery, systems development methodologies etc.

Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/ML etc.).
- Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
- Ability to translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives.
- Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or business-related field).
- 2+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or RPA Solutions a plus.

Benefits & conditions
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $96,000.00 - $143,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 10%
The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $105,600.00 - $157,300.00
