Seeking a full-time Microsoft 365 Product Owner with an active Secret clearance, this role focuses on leading HR automation initiatives for the U.S. Army by facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting requirements, and translating business needs into Microsoft Power Platform solutions.Key responsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation activities for HR automation using human-centered design principlesDocument and validate business, functional, and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholdersIdentify automation opportunities and develop detailed process maps and user stories aligned with Agile methodologiesRequired qualificationsActive Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst supporting federal or DoD clientsHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)Demonstrated experience in business process automation initiatives and applying human-centered design principles
