Backend Developer (Node.Js/Typescript)

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)Es esencial asegurarse de que cumple con los requisitos como solicitante para este puesto; por favor, lea atentamente la información a continuación.Main ResponsibilitiesRequirements analysis.Participate in the technical design of projects.Estimate effort for projects.Work collaboratively with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to help achieve project objectives.Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.Document processes and track system performance metrics.Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.Adhere to the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.Generate technical documentation for completed projects.Apply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are executed on time and with the highest quality.Requirements & ExperienceRole Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar Backend / Software Developer role.Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including the development of RESTful APIs and working with Express.js.Communication & Consulting: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.Database Management: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (specifically in data modeling, database triggers, and functions).Caching & Performance: Hands?on experience using Redis for session management and caching.Best Practices: Familiarity with software quality standards and technical documentation.Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Heroku Platform, familiarity with AWS services (S3, Route 53), and understanding of TLS certificates management.Architecture & Frontend: Experience with Monorepo architectures and knowledge of Angular and Ionic.Languages: Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus (capable of handling business communication).What Do We OfferPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.We make it easy.Balance your professional and personal life.Trainings & Certifications.Improve your skills and get the official certificate from our main partners.Home Office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant, …).Health insurance.OMEGA in action.xqbhyrx Our commitment to a better society is not just an intention.#J-*****-Ljbffr
