Accenture, recognized as a Great Place To Work®, is a leading global professional services company that helps major businesses, public administrations, and other organizations around the world develop their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth, and improve services for citizens, creating tangible value at speed and scale.¿Es este el puesto que está buscando?Si es así, siga leyendo para obtener más detalles y no olvide enviar su solicitud hoy mismo.Join our team and work on cutting-edge infrastructure environments where Kubernetes plays a key role in enabling scalable, secure, and resilient systems.You will contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architectures while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.The position is based in Madrid in a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with on-site presence to foster collaboration and team synergy.It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.Key Responsibilities:- Deploy, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.- Monitor system performance using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and implement corrective actions to ensure availability and reliability.- Automate infrastructure tasks using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar.- Apply security best practices in containerized environments, including network policies, RBAC configuration, and vulnerability management.Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and experience level agreements (XLAs).- Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes across distributed systems to maintain system stability and security.- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and cloud teams to support containerized application deployments.- Identify improvement opportunities in infrastructure processes and implement automation and optimization initiatives.Mandatory Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to IT infrastructure, systems, or DevOps.- Certified B2 level of English.- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- At least 1 year of experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).- At least 1 year of experience in container orchestration (Docker, advanced Kubernetes).- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) with at least 6 months of experience.- At least 1 year of experience in network security principles (firewalls, segmentation, Zero Trust).At Accenture, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we are committed to a hybrid working model that, thanks to technology and our facilities, allows us to maintain the human connection essential for working with our teams and clients.xqbhyrx This connection helps us preserve our culture of inclusion and diversity and be, according to Refinitiv, the most diverse company in the world.In addition, we offer other benefits such as:- Health, life, and accident insurance- Medical service and wellness programs- Flexible compensation program and employee share purchase plan- Flexibility programs (working hours, days off, vacations, etc.)- Personalized learning path- Sustainability programs and Accenture Foundation- Employee diversity networks- Additional benefits: Bankinter office with special conditions and profit sharing

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to IT infrastructure, systems, or DevOps.
  • Certified B2 level of English.
