Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to electromagnetic protection for aircraft structures and systems within the TADYX1 team.You will work on complex design solutions across multiple military programs, supporting the full development lifecycle from requirements capture to certification and in-service support.You will collaborate in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment to ensure robust EME and antenna integration.The position offers the chance to shape high?impact aerospace solutions and advance certification-ready designs.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead electromagnetic protection design for aircraft structures and systems * Support antenna integration and platform-level integration across the full development lifecycle * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compliant designs * Perform electromagnetic simulations and modelling using advanced tools * Support verification, qualification and certification activities per DO-160, MIL-STD-**, CS/FAR25 * Utilize CAD tools for design and postprocessing; engage in RuD activities * Work autonomously while contributing actively to the team and project goals * Address challenges in development and maintain design traceability Responsabilidades * At least 5 years in engineering with strong background in electromagnetism and electromagnetic protection for aircraft * Knowledge of integration at platform level including specification, validation, verification, certification/qualification * Experience with electromagnetic simulation and modelling tools (CST, FEKO) * CAD management and postprocessing experience * Programming knowledge in C#, Matlab; high level CATIA proficiency * Familiarity with RuD projects and complex development environments * Knowledge of EME equipment qualification and aircraft certification standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-**, CS/FAR25) * Ability to work autonomously and in a team; good problem-solving skills * Advanced English proficiency * awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitments Requisitos principales * flexible working arrangements * support for collaboration and mobility * diversity and inclusive environment * permanent contract * international/multicultural team * focus on sustainability and integrity
