The Compliance team faces a growing set of regulatory obligations that require dedicated data analytics support, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Annual Transparency Report, UK Online Safety Act (OSA) and the upcoming UK OSA Transparency Report (2027). We’re looking for a Data Analyst to serve as the dedicated resource for Compliance, ensuring regulatory obligations are met reliably and consistently.

What you’ll work on

  • Pull, reconcile, and validate MAU, content moderation, complaint volume, and illegal content data across product and engineering systems.
  • Translate reconciled data into the specific templates and formats required by each regulator.
  • Build dashboards, recurring metrics, and gap analyses to move compliance reporting from one-off requests toward a sustainable, repeatable program.
  • Drive automation of data pulls and validation, partnering with Compliance on AI-enabled tooling for risk assessments, transparency reporting, and audits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory data inquiries, building institutional fluency in regulator expectations over time.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience reconciling data across multiple, disparate systems, including Databricks.
  • Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting in Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted tools for data analysis or workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting compliance, trust & safety, or regulatory reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with online safety or data protection regulations (e.g., DSA, UK OSA, similar frameworks).
  • Comfortable working independently against fixed regulatory deadlines and translating ambiguous requirements into concrete data specifications.
  • Strong communication skills: this role works cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Trust & Safety, Product, and Engineering.
