Job description

Lead the design and development of scalable React Native applications
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams
Drive architecture decisions and best practices for React Native development
Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews
Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile application issues
Ensure high-quality code delivery following Agile methodologies

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in React Native Development
Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and Redux-Saga
Experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS & Android
Deep understanding of Mobile App Architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI development
Experience integrating REST APIs
Strong knowledge of CSS / Flexbox
Experience with SQLite and mobile local storage solutions
Experience in Code Reviews, Solution Design, and technical leadership
Agile/Scrum environment experience

Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills:

Native iOS development experience using Swift / Objective-C
Native Android development experience using Java / Kotlin
Exposure to Python, C++, or Rust
Experience with iOS storage frameworks like CoreData
Experience publishing apps to App Store / Play Store, * 8+ years in mobile application development
4+ years of strong hands-on experience specifically in React Native
Prior experience leading React Native teams/projects
Strong communication and client-facing skills
