  • Raise the bar for analytics quality, storytelling, stakeholder management, and technical execution across the team by encouraging experimentation with new tools, workflows, AI-enabled capabilities, and improved approaches for delivering insights more efficiently and effectively.

  • Build a team culture that balances rigor with speed, and that scales good analytics practice across the org in a positive way.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and maintain standards for metric definitions, data quality, and reporting consistency across the team’s products.

  • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy reporting and retire redundant or low-value dashboards.

  • Stay current on emerging analytics and AI-enabled tooling and evaluate it for adoption where it improves speed, accuracy, and scalability ultimately building trust and wide adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM fields (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related); Master’s preferred.
