Senior Consultant - SAP EWM

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients modernize warehouse operations and enable digital transformation through SAP EWM. You will work with cross-functional teams across the solution lifecycle to design and implement SAP-enabled transformations that unlock durable value. You’ll tackle complex warehouse and supply chain challenges, delivering end-to-end EWM configurations and driving stabilization post go-live. This opportunity combines hands-on delivery with coaching, knowledge sharing, and growth within Deloitte’s SAP practice. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP EWM solutions to modernize warehouse operations and improve supply chain performance * Assess business requirements, map current-state processes, and design future-state SAP EWM solutions * Configure SAP EWM across inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, replenishment, physical inventory, and warehouse structure design * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 6+ years SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or equivalent * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration with SAP EWM * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary SAP EWM role * Experience configuring SAP EWM across multiple functional areas (e.g., inbound/outbound, warehouse structure, RF framework, physical inventory, wave/yard/labor management) * 1+ year hands-on configuration and solution design in at least one other SAP module (MM, PP/PP-DS, TM, SD, QM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * accommodations for disabilities * mentorship and leadership development * broad range of employee benefits * inclusive culture
