Data Analyst I

Experteer Overview In this role you will support safety reporting and analytics to drive informed decisions across field operations. You will maintain safety tools and deliver timely data insights to the corporate safety team. You help roll out safety reports and train partners, contributing to process improvements and problem resolution. This position offers exposure to multiple safety systems and cross-functional collaboration in a Fortune 500 environment. Compensation / Benefits * Update, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc safety management reports * Support safety tools and systems (Safety Logic, MSDS, ISN, Browz, PICS) * Assist corporate safety team with communicating to field operations * Develop and maintain safety report documentation * Review and maintain exceptions to safety reports * Initiate new safety report rollout processes * Provide safety report training for employee-partners * Support internal customers and leaders with safety data requests * Suggest process improvements to safety leaders to improve results * Assist in safety problem resolution * Participate in change management for process improvement Tasks * 2 years’ experience in supporting safety reporting functions and/or business operations * 2 years’ experience in safety data analysis; implementing, administering and customizing safety reporting/metrics * Data management, safety analytics, problem solving and business operations knowledge * High levels of organization and multi-project management * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet * Ability to travel up to 10% * Valid driver’s license * High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Business or Information Technology, preferred Key requirements * comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits * four medical plan options with one plan at zero cost * competitive pay * 401(k) with company match/profit sharing/ESOP * disability, life and AD&D insurance (100% company paid) * paid time off and holidays
