Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role, you’ll shape Oracle cloud strategies and drive transformation for enterprises, aligning cloud architecture with business goals. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery teams to implement Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid environments, enabling migration and consolidation initiatives. You’ll guide clients in deploying AI agents within Oracle Cloud to unlock business value and support enterprise-scale programs. This position offers a leadership path on high-impact cloud initiatives within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Platform as a Service solutions across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation on complex programs * Advise on embedded AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy, design, and implementation with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years of IT solutions design/delivery experience * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) for Oracle ERP Cloud deliveries, including ERP Cloud build framework * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
