Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect secure, scalable Azure GovCloud infrastructures and network connectivityDesign cloud-native data platforms, pipelines, and analytics architectures.Automate cloud provisioning with Terraform/ARM/Bicep; ensure consistent, FedRAMPcompliant environmentsImplement Azure AD, RBAC, leastprivilege, encryption, and NISTaligned security controlsApply DISA STIGs/CIS benchmarks and lead architecture reviews/documentationDrive FinOps optimization and guide engineering teams on cloud best practicesMigrate NTIAs Unclassified Spectrum Management Systems to Azure GovernmentMigrate the NTIA Secret environment to the Azure Secret CloudEnhance the security and administration of Spectrum IT systems operations.Migrate and modernize with config-level changesPush toward Platform as a Service (PaaS)andcloud-nativewhere

(3 days a week onsite)
