Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview In Deloitte’s SAP practice, you help modernize manufacturing operations and enable digital transformation through SAP-enabled solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess, design, configure, and deploy SAP PP across value chains, driving performance improvements and supply chain transformation. You’ll engage in workshops, design sessions, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, contributing to large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. This role offers growth through knowledge sharing, coaching, and business development in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain transformation * Assess current-state processes, design future-state SAP PP solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements * Configure SAP PP across core areas (MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, repetitive/process manufacturing) * Collaborate with business and technology teams during workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development programs Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration in SAP PP * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations with at least 1 in a primary PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP, PP-DS, shop floor control, Kanban) * 1+ year of configuration/design in an SAP module outside PP (MM/QM/EWM/PM/TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
