Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect services, guiding onshore and offshore development teams. You’ll advise clients on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll build and mentor teams to drive cloud-based contact center transformations that align with Deloitte’s customer-centric mission.
