Experteer Overview Join the Deloitte Cyber team to strengthen identity and access security for clients. You will lead Active Directory engagements across assessment, design, migration, and post-implementation stages, shaping secure, scalable identity environments. Youāll work with cross-functional teams to modernize AD, enable hybrid identities, and improve cyber resilience. This role offers the chance to influence large-scale migrations and security hardening in a dynamic, client-focused setting. You will drive impactful outcomes by delivering clean, secure identity infrastructures. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Active Directory engagements across assessment, design, migration, implementation, stabilization, and post-implementation phases. * Perform and oversee Active Directory assessments including architecture, DNS, DHCP, replication, Group Policy, and authentication processes. * Design and implement AD security hardening, including RBAC, administrative tiering, service account management, and policy controls. * Architect and support enterprise AD environments with hybrid identity integrations (Microsoft Entra ID, federation, synchronization). * Lead or support domain/forest migrations, separations, consolidations with discovery, planning, validation, rollback, and stabilization. Tasks * Bachelorās degree in a technical field * 4+ years in technical consulting, enterprise infrastructure, identity security, or AD engineering * Hands-on experience designing, securing, and operating Microsoft Active Directory environments * Experience with domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, LDAP, trusts, and recovery * Experience leading or supporting AD migrations or consolidations * Experience with migration tooling (Quest ODM or Semperis) * Experience with identity threat detection or recovery tooling (Semperis, Rubrik, Microsoft Defender for Identity) * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
