Experteer Overview In this role you drive advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI solutions to inform talent strategy and workforce decisions. You lead research design, analytics; mentor junior data scientists across the lifecycle and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights. You will shape the People Analytics portfolio, build AI-enabled tools, and influence data quality and strategy at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the data science dimension of analytics work, including research design and solution development * Mentor junior data scientists across the analytics lifecycle * Partner with Talent, business, and ITS stakeholders to translate data into insights and tools * Develop strategy to improve data quality across Talent data assets * Design and structure analytics work, applying advanced statistical and ML methods * Develop full-stack GenAI applications and collaborate on ETL, pipelines, and CI/CD * Lead AI strategy and adoption of AI/data engineering tools within a complex organization * Oversee analytically complex projects and guide problem framing and data collection Tasks * Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline * 6+ years in data science, analytics, or applied research * Proficient in Python and SQL; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS * Experience with multivariate statistics and ML methods (regression, SEM, factor analysis, etc.) in Spark or Databricks * Experience building AI/GenAI applications and ETL/pipeline design * Demonstrated leadership in AI strategy and adoption * Mentorship of junior/mid-level analysts across analytics lifecycle * Ability to travel 0-10% and legal authorization to work in the United States Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * mentorship programs * workplace flexibility
