Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview As Amazon Connect Technical Architect, you will oversee design, delivery, and governance of Amazon Connect services for complex client engagements. You’ll lead cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, guide AWS best practices, and ensure high-quality outcomes while uncovering new sales opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that blends strategy, technology, and creativity to transform customer experiences. You will shape modern contact center solutions for a global client base and contribute to Deloitte’s transformation agenda.
