Network Operations Technician

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Ops Tech II will manage complex network systems troubleshooting, isolation, and maintenance activities for Professional Services Control Center customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn incidents from start to finish in a blended Network Operations Center (NOC) and Repair environmentResolve complex network problems involving network hardware, fiber, and powerPerform network monitoring and maintenance activities using software and hardware toolsRequired Qualifications1-3 years of managed DWDM network support and troubleshooting experienceExperience with optical transport equipment, particularly DWDMProficiency in navigating network devices and understanding security protocolsExperience with Ciena, Infinera, and Cisco equipmentAbility to obtain and/or maintain an NSA security clearance
