Cloud Security Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Azure-focused cyber risk engagements and guide cross-functional teams to design and implement secure cloud solutions. You’ll manage delivery across onshore and offshore teams, serve as the primary client contact, and shape risk mitigation strategies for Azure and related Microsoft cloud services. You’ll contribute to business development and internal capability-building while ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables. This is a practical, impact-driven position within a team that embeds security into digital transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, platform and infra security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience and data protection * Manage project delivery activities across onshore and offshore teams, including solution design, assessments, implementations, health checks and post-implementation reviews * Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, advising on Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and cloud security risk mitigation * Oversee development of project deliverables such as assessment reports, architecture designs, technical recommendations, compliance reporting and remediation plans * Support business development, talent and practice activities including proposal development, point of view creation, internal training, recruiting and coaching Tasks * 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, problem solving, solution architecture or design in Azure * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public/private/hybrid clouds * 4+ years architecting enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years experience with Azure Policy, Terraform or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years architecting security on Microsoft Azure including controls for Azure AI services (Azure Foundry or Azure OpenAI) covering data protection and IAM * 3+ years experience with CNAPP, CSPM or CWPP technologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
