Requirements

To lead the company’s strategy for securing AI technologies, the full-time Senior AI Security and Governance Engineer will establish governance frameworks, manage AI security protocols, and ensure data protection across AI workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement an enterprise AI governance framework aligned with industry standards and regulationsLead AI-specific threat modeling and enforce secure development practices for AI systemsDesign and enforce data access controls and monitoring mechanisms to protect sensitive information in AI applicationsRequired QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field8-12+ years of experience in security architecture, application security, or cloud security3+ years of hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems in enterprise settingsProven experience in defining and implementing AI governance frameworksStrong background in threat modeling and risk management across complex systems
