Cyber Identity - Saviynt Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive IAM solutions for clients, focusing on Saviynt deployment and integration to strengthen access controls and governance. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical implementations, manage project scope and client relationships, and identify risk and control improvements. This position blends hands-on technical work with advisory responsibilities in a consulting context, delivering measurable security outcomes. You will collaborate with clients to enable secure, compliant access and protect sensitive data at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Install, integrate, configure, and deploy Saviynt for clients * Lead post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation * Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation * Supervise staff delivering advanced services and ensure quality outcomes * Build client relationships and identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability * Communicate product and implementation aspects to clients at technical and functional levels * Identify risks and controls improvements related to IAM and internal controls * Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and ensure alignment with SLAs Tasks * 4+ years of total industry experience * 3+ years developing, implementing, or architecting information systems * 2+ years integrating IAM and access governance software into client infrastructure * 2+ years installing, integrating, and deploying Saviynt (connectors, approvals, access requests) * 2+ years programming with Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL * Familiarity with Unix/Linux/Windows * 2+ years managing projects through full SDLC * BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance, Business or relevant field * Ability to travel up to 75% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program
