Power BI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create meaningful KPIs and visualizations.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query (M).
• Build and optimize data models using star schema, relationships, calculated columns, and measures.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations to support business reporting requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions using Client Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and dashboard development, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into interactive and insightful reports. Experience with Azure data services and enterprise data integration is highly desirable., * 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Gateway.
• Experience with Power Query (M) and advanced DAX.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Experience developing enterprise dashboards and executive reports.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and BI best practices., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Understanding of REST APIs and SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
• Client Power BI Certification (PL-300) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
