Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview Experienced Oracle Retail Cloud specialist sought to drive ongoing AMS support and transformation at Deloitte. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, manage incidents and releases, and support Oracle Retail modules. This role blends steady, responsible client service with opportunities to lead implementations and improvements in a remote or on-site setting. You’ll work within the Enterprise Performance team to deliver value through stability, automation, and performance enhancements. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support and enhancement delivery for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases; coordinate testing * Analyze requirements and design functional solutions; support testing coordination * Engage with stakeholders across business and tech teams; escalate issues when needed * Support Oracle Retail modules such as MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and integrations * Drive operational stability, automation, and performance improvements * Lead or participate in Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams to align on priorities Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail or RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT discipline * Ability to travel ~10% as required * Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lead projects or workstreams; meet deadlines; provide clear guidance to others * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
