Senior Consultant - SAP EWM

You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize core processes, support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, and help clients unlock lasting value. This role combines functional design, configuration, and delivery leadership in a dynamic client environment. You’ll contribute to practice growth and build deep expertise in warehouse and supply chain transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP EWM solutions to modernize warehouse operations and improve supply chain performance * Assess business requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and design future-state EWM solutions * Configure SAP EWM across inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, physical inventory, and warehouse structure * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or industry environment * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration with SAP EWM * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 primary EWM role * Experience configuring EWM across 3+ functional areas (inbound, outbound, etc.) * 1+ years of hands-on configuration and solution design in another SAP module (MM, PP/PP-DS, TM, SD, QM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture and learning environment
