Full Stack Software Engineer

Most Important Work Tasks: Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications. Complete most development activities independently. Work on complex tasks requiring an in-depth understanding of software engineering principles. Apply extensive knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and procedures to daily work. Design and refactor code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Use experience and judgment to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate work. Create and maintain installation guides, user documentation, and troubleshooting manuals. Support system configuration and application deployments, including occasional after-hours assistance. Continuously improve technical and professional skills. Have held at least two engineering-related roles. Effectively lead maintenance engineering teams to ensure efficient workflows and maximum productivity. Provide daily support through issue analysis and resolution within established SLA requirements. Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions for complex technical issues. Coordinate with Project Delivery teams to successfully deploy software releases into customer environments. Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues while balancing technical solutions with business needs. Provide technical guidance and domain expertise to team members. Share troubleshooting knowledge and best practices through documentation and team presentations.
