Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to support enterprise-wide AI Operations (AIOps) initiatives focused on intelligent automation, software quality engineering, and operational excellence. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that streamline software development processes, automate testing, improve system reliability, and enhance operational efficiency across the SDLC. This is position is supporting ongoing AI Operations initiatives rather than a specific project or program. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI/ML development, DevOps practices, test automation, and software delivery automation to build scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate engineering outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related disciplines. Hands-on experience developing AI/ML-enabled solutions or intelligent automation platforms. Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium for test automation. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation strategies, and modern software delivery practices. Experience supporting or implementing AIOps initiatives. Proficiency with Python and scripting languages used for automation. Experience with source control systems such as Git. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and automation opportunities.
