Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive SAP PP-enabled transformations across manufacturing and supply chain. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and stabilize SAP PP solutions that modernize operations and enable digital transformation. You’ll engage in workshops, design, testing, and cutover activities, while contributing to the growth of the SAP practice through coaching and knowledge sharing. This position combines technical SAP expertise with client-facing delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and enable supply chain transformation * Assess current-state processes, design target-state SAP PP solutions, and support end-to-end configuration * Configure SAP PP across core areas: MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, and PP-DS as applicable * Collaborate with business and technology teams through workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities * Contribute to practice growth via knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or industry setting * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP, PP-DS, shop floor control, Kanban, repetitive manufacturing) * 1+ year of configuration and solution design in at least one SAP module outside PP (MM, QM, EWM, PM, or TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
