Specialist Ai Agile Product Owner Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you own the AI-enabled automation roadmap for SDN services in Vodafone’s Telco network.You bridge business, engineering and data teams to maximise value from agile development.You translate needs into epics, user stories and backlog items, guiding cross-functional execution.You drive use cases and value realization for AI-driven automation at scale.This is a shaping role at the intersection of telecom, AI and network automation, offering meaningful impact on efficiency and innovation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define and own the product vision, roadmap, epics and release scope for AI/GenAI SDN automation solutions * Manage and prioritise the product backlog in line with business priorities and capacity * Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and backlog items * Lead stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams * Drive use case definition and value realization for AI-enabled automation (e.g., assurance, optimisation, anomaly detection) Responsabilidades * Strong Agile and Scrum product ownership experience * Solid knowledge of SDN and transport networks in a multi-vendor environment * AI/GenAI automation experience (LLMs, prompt engineering) and/or relevant certifications * Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams * Experience in backlog management, requirement engineering and product lifecycle delivery * 2-3 years’ experience in software development, design and Agile frameworks Requisitos principales * Hybrid work model * Bonus on top of gross salary * Meal voucher * Flexible working hours * Remote work up to 20 days/year * Private Health and Life Insurance
