Functions: - Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analysis, including competitive benchmarking and identification of M&A targets using Excel and market intelligence tools such as Capital IQ, FactSet, PitchBook, MergerMarket or similar. - Perform commercial and operational due diligence, assessing business models, revenue drivers, competitive positioning, cost structures, and operational risks. - Build structured business cases and prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint and Excel) for clients, investment committees, and senior stakeholders. - Support post-merger integration (PMI) projects, including synergy identification, tracking, and implementation planning. - Develop strategic recommendations to support investment decisions, growth initiatives, and value creation programs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams across Strategy & Transactions engagements. Responsibilities: - Structure complex business problems using strategic consulting frameworks such as issue trees and hypothesis-driven approaches. - Analyze operational KPIs and commercial metrics to generate actionable insights that support investment and strategic decisions. - Manage specific workstreams within due diligence and PMI projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to project delivery and business development initiatives. - Work effectively with cross-functional and international teams in Strategy & Transactions engagements. - Support the preparation and presentation of findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Strategy, M&A Advisory, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and/or operational due diligence projects. - Proven experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel. - Solid understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, value creation, and post-merger integration. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work in multicultural and international environments. - English level: C1 (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in top-tier consulting firms or transaction advisory practices - Experience supporting M&A Strategy initiatives. - Experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects and synergy capture programs. - Participation in international or cross-border transactions. - Master’s degree or MBA will be considered a plus.
