Engineering Manager, Dedicated Integrations

Experteer Overview As Technical Engineering Manager, you will lead the Dedicated Platform Integration team to build and operate large-scale distributed systems within the GitLab ecosystem. You will drive reliability, security, and self-service production capabilities for feature implementers, while growing a high-performing, distributed team. You’ll leverage AI to boost productivity and translate technical concepts for stakeholders. This role combines technical depth with people leadership in a remote, merit-based culture.
