What you will do Johnson Controls is seeking a Metasys Controls Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of smart buildings for Microsoft’s global campuses and data centers.This is a high-impact, global engineering role where you will lead first-of-kind (FOK) software development, define global standards, and influence how building automation systems are designed and delivered worldwide.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, setting direction at a global scale, and working at the intersection of controls, software, and innovation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.How you will do itDesign, develop, and validate first-of-kind Metasys software, integrations, and advanced control strategies.Define and maintain global standards including templates, engineering guidelines, Sequence of Operation (SOOs), and Description of Operation (DOOs).Provide technical governance through design reviews, quality assurance, and best-practice alignment
