Job description

  • Develop and maintain software applications using C# and WPF for specialist industrial machinery.
  • Design, implement, and test software that interfaces directly with hardware and machine control systems.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Electronics, Mechanical, and R&D Engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing software platforms.
  • Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle from design through to deployment.

Requirements

  • Provable commercial experience developing software using C# and WPF.
  • Experience developing software that interfaces directly with hardware or industrial machinery.
  • A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with MVVM, machine vision, OpenCV, image processing, or industrial automation would be advantageous.
