Product Owner - Search & Browse

• Responsibility for the Search Results, Category, and Brand Pages across all MediaMarkt and Saturn online shops
• Enablement of customers to find the right consumer electronics products and services on an international platform with millions of users
• Definition and management of an ambitious product roadmap in collaboration with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, and analysts, while balancing user and stakeholder needs
• Leadership and guidance of the cross-functional team to achieve strategic objectives and deliver roadmap goals
• Translation of complex requirements into shippable deliverables, including backlog prioritization
• Close collaboration with more than 20 product teams, particularly internal search engine teams and business stakeholders across Europe, to align requirements and manage cross-team dependencies

• Graduation in Business informatics, Business administration, Informatics (or similar) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience working in a scaled product organization preferably in multichannel e-commerce is a plus
• SEO is not only an abbreviation for you
• Search Engine (e.g. Solr) knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
• Impact-oriented and a “Get things done” mentality
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
