About The Role As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer , you will help design, build, and scale our platform. You will work across the technology stack and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design

develop, and optimize scalable frontend and backend applications. - Own features from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance. - Build clean, maintainable, and scalable software using modern engineering practices. - Develop secure APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade applications. - Create intuitive user interfaces for complex business workflows. - Continuously improve system architecture, development processes, and engineering standards. - Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and overall product quality. - Explore and implement new technologies that improve development efficiency and product performance. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong experience building and deploying full-stack web applications. - Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as FastAPI, Pydantic, and modern Python development practices. - Strong experience with React and Next.js (v14 or newer). - Experience designing data models and working with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS. - Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and scalable distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications - Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using AWS CDK. - Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contracts. - Background in fintech, banking, lending, capital markets, or financial services. - Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
