We work with high-net-worth individuals from around the world, providing personalized recovery, mental health, and wellness support through a concierge-style approach. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Web Developer to help us build, optimize, and maintain industry-leading websites and digital tools. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Web Developer with strong Word Press experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain modern websites and web-based tools. You will play a key role in improving our online presence, user experience, website performance, SEO implementation, and conversion optimization across multiple company websites and digital projects. You must be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with marketing, content, design, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Maintenance Develop, maintain, and improve Word Press websites and landing pages. Build custom Word Press themes, templates, and functionality when required. Implement new website features, integrations, and enhancements. Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs efficiently. Ensure websites remain secure, updated, and optimized. User Experience & Performance Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience across all digital platforms. Optimize website speed, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. Improve website conversion rates through UX/UI enhancements and testing. Ensure mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility. Content & SEO Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content. Implement on-page SEO best practices, schema markup, and technical SEO improvements. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support SEO and lead generation initiatives. Manage website structure, metadata, redirects, and performance monitoring. Project Ownership Own various design and development tasks throughout the entire web development lifecycle. Lead website projects from planning and development through deployment and ongoing optimization. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve digital performance. Coordinate with external vendors, plugins, APIs, and third-party services when necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience developing and maintaining Word Press websites. Strong knowledge of: Word Press CMS HTML5 CSS3 Java Script PHP Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar. Familiarity with Word Press theme and plugin development/customization. Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization. Experience with Git/version control systems. Ability to multitask, organize, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Woo Commerce. Experience integrating CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs. Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Experience with website security, hosting environments, and CDN implementation.
