Requirements

You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. Skills and attributes for success - You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems. - You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience. - You’ll be willing to work in international environment. To qualify for the role, you must have - 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations. - SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate. - SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset. - Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations. - Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices. - Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML. - System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. - Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. - Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows. - Strong teamwork skills. - Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation. - Higher Education Degree. - Excellent English verbal and written communication. Ideally, you’ll also have - Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.). - Good understanding of HR business processes.
