Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Databricks AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in building AI applications and integrating advanced models into scalable solutions. This role emphasizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks platforms., * Design and develop AI-driven applications leveraging Azure OpenAI services and Databricks.

  • Implement RAG-based solutions and integrate existing models into enterprise workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver robust AI applications.
  • Utilize Databricks features such as Delta Tables and Medallion Architecture for data engineering and deployment.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities and frequent changes.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement through AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI/ML application development and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
  • Strong knowledge of RAG, large language models, and model integration.
  • Familiarity with data engineering best practices and scalable architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • PNC domain experience is a plus but not required.
