Experteer Overview As Snowflake Advanced AI Solution Lead, you design, build, and operationalize AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients, combining custom models with cloud and third-party services to deliver production-ready outcomes. You cover the full solution lifecycle-from needs assessment to MLOps pipelines-focusing on scalable data, model optimization, and reliable production systems. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to solve real-world problems and drive value. This role offers exposure to Gen AI, LLMs, and high-performance compute in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Formulate real-world problems into practical, scalable AI/ML solutions * Develop and implement ML models and scalable data pipelines with DevOps & MLOps * Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models for business use cases, including edge and HPC * Engage in R&D of new AI/HP compute algorithms and simulations for client problems * Work with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing to ensure high-quality training inputs * Implement and maintain efficient data storage/retrieval for models and knowledge * Justify model approaches in business terms * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end production goals Tasks * Minimum 5 years of experience as a machine learning engineer/scientist deploying models in production at scale * Minimum 5 years of experience in distributed computing systems and architecture * Minimum 2 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML software to a cloud environment * Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI - Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing consulting experience * Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity for emergent tech and innovation Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
