Software Engineering Technical Leader

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the frontend architecture and end-to-end development of the Studio experience, using React 18+ and TypeScript within a large Nx monorepo. You will unify multiple product paths into a single, seamless user experience and design the prompt-to-app loop with streaming AI interfaces. You will govern a microfrontend approach, set testing and observability standards, and mentor growing engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of AI app development and scalable frontend systems, offering a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity. Compensation / Benefits * Lead architectural design and end-to-end development of Studio using React 18+ and TypeScript in an Nx monorepo * Unify App Builder and BYO coding-agent paths into a single product experience * Architect the prompt-to-app loop with streaming LLM interfaces and multimodal inputs * Govern microfrontend architecture (Module Federation), enforce boundaries and optimize performance, mentor teams * Establish shared frameworks, testing standards (unit, integration, E2E) and observability practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of related experience, Master’s + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years * 8+ years building scalable web apps with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) * 5+ years of production TypeScript experience * Experience leading technical design in a monorepo (Nx, pnpm/Yarn) * Experience architecting microfrontend solutions and component-driven design systems Key requirements * medical, dental and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * paid parental leave * disability coverage * life insurance * RSU grants vesting with continued employment
