Experteer Overview As IT Engagement Owner, you will steer the on-site IT Clinical Applications Support across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality service and outcomes. You’ll partner with operational leaders to improve support processes, drive quality improvements, and align IT initiatives with Banner Health’s mission. You’ll lead a customer-focused team, foster learning and innovation, and influence governance and strategy across the Central Division of the Phoenix Metro area. This role offers meaningful impact on patient care through effective clinical IT support. Compensation / Benefits * Direct and develop IT Clinical Application Support teams across locations to ensure quality service * Lead operational initiatives, improve processes, and implement programs for efficiency and customer support * Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate facility goals into IT plans * Establish and enforce policies and practices compliant with laws and regulations * Serve as subject-matter expert and participate in task forces to coordinate programs and activities * Oversee clinical documentation functionality in the EHR and related systems * Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development * Engage in strategic planning, leadership meetings, and cross-location coordination Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience * 5+ years in IT/clinical informatics with healthcare experience * 2+ years in a management role within a healthcare system or large multi-site environment * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to recruit, mentor, motivate, and retain staff * Experience with IT projects and clinical applications within healthcare * Knowledge of EHR systems and clinical documentation Key requirements * health benefits * financial security options * Total Rewards package * Management Incentive Program * opportunity to work on nationally-recognized healthcare initiatives * on-site role with diverse facilities
