Job description

Experteer Overview As a Reliability Engineer at JLL Work Dynamics, you drive asset reliability and lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure. You’ll integrate BAS, energy management and maintenance programs within a global asset-management framework, performing RCFA, RCM and PdM to minimize downtime and optimize costs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability metrics and support client capital planning. This role offers growth, potential to lead junior staff, and opportunities to become globally recognized in RAM. Compensation / Benefits * Implement and evolve the client’s strategic asset management plan with cross-functional collaboration * Integrate data from BAS, fault detection, maintenance programs, and capital planning for life-cycle analyses * Support site-level Asset Management & Reliability programs to improve machine/facility reliability and compliance * Conduct audits focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, and energy conservation * Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and third parties to deliver cost-effective reliability improvements * Manage equipment PM tasks and optimize PM strategies for cost-benefit improvement * Perform reliability studies, read drawings/schematics, and develop risk mitigation for critical assets * Investigate technologies for reliability improvements and perform RCFA to guide corrective actions * Maintain CMMS records, KPIs, and equipment history to enable trend analysis * Execute capital renewal activities and support commissioning for upgrades, renovations, and projects Tasks * BS in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) * 5-10 years’ experience with RCM, CbM/PdM, building automation, energy management, asset analytics, and capital planning * Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection/diagnostics * Experience in regulated/critical environments preferred * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems * Proficient with CMMS and IT tools * Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities * Certifications: Reliability Leader, Maintenance Reliability Professional, Level 2 thermography/vibration/ultrasound preferred (not mandatory) * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * 401(k) plan with matching company contributions * Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision care * Paid parental leave at 100% of salary * Paid Time Off and Company Holidays * Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay
