Remote Data Analyst (Salesforce)

As a Data Analyst /Quoting Analyst within a Center of Excellence, you serve as the subject matter expert for quoting and contract management processes. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring new agreements align with established policies and standards while helping optimize and maintain the overall contract portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate and execute contract-related initiatives, including consolidations, amendments, renewals, and re-contracting efforts. Working cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Renewals, and Revenue Operations, you will drive projects that improve contract accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and partner with stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about identifying opportunities to improve processes through innovation, automation, and scalable operational practices., * BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relative field experience

• Preferred related experience in a SaaS or high-tech company.

• 3+ years of working in the Salesforce ecosystem and CPQ.

• Solid business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills, and demonstrated ability to partner

with other cross-functional departments.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

• Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels of management.

• Meticulous with the ability to help drive automation and innovation.
