Junior Application Support Engineer - FintechQuant Capital is urgently looking for an Application Support Exec to join or well known Fintech50 client who produces software disrupting the wealth management market.The Application Support role has come around due to an expansion and strategic change, the Support Executive will report in to the head of support and client management. This role offers the ability to move towards product management as well as platform ownership or business analysis within a short space of time.The Support Analyst will be involved in:·Support clients and processing of support emails.·Training and Pre Sales·Client Management·Investigating and resolving queries where possible this could be data analysis, application issues or database related·Testing new software functionality developed and assisting the quality assurance process.·Account ManagementThis role allows rapid promotion to senior support and implementation roles as well as professional services.
