The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Security, Identity Access Governance, and hands-on experience with SAP tools and methodologies for managing security and compliance across SAP environments. This role involves supporting and improving SAP Security solutions, ensuring secure and compliant systems for our clients.Primarily support the ongoing management of SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions to ensure compliance and secure access.Manage roles, profiles, and authorizations in SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) to enforce appropriate access controls as well as design changes as required by clients to these.Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and internal/external auditors, to ensure secure, integrated solutions.Manage SAP Security strategies for access control, identity management, and role design to meet business and regulatory requirements and amend with further design and implementation as required.Ensure solution documentation for security processes, configurations, and user guides where necessary. Train internal teams and clients on best practices in SAP security.Manage the implemented design and configuration of SAP GRC modules, including Access Control (AC) and Identity Access Governance (IAG).Be a part of the team that oversees SAP Security throughout Operate engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.Connect to your skills and professional experience You work collaboratively within diverse teams. You understand the importance of technology on our stakeholders’ operations for the areas we collaborate with them.You embrace diversity across teams, and respects and values contributions of those from diverse backgrounds fostering a team environment.Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:Years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions preferably within a BAU/Managed Service/Operate environment but with the ability to work in either Implementation or Operate engagements.Proven experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation, configuration, and administrationDeep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, user roles, profiles, and SAP security best practices.Strong technical skills in SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Access Control (GRC).Ability to assess risks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions for complex security challenges.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve security issues quickly and efficiently.Demonstrated experience in managing security projects and delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, explain technical details, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform security and integration with SAP IAG is a plus.DesirablesThe following will be considered an asset:SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Access Control or SAP Security Certification.CISA, CISSP, or other relevant security certifications.As recent events have reminded us, there are no
