Job description

This Lead Software Engineering position will pay a starting salary up to £90,000. That salary is accompanied by a tailored Company benefits package including Company Pension, Health Care and Home Office set up costs to support the remote working. Unfortunately, VISA Sponsorship is NOT AVAILABLE and we are looking for candidates that are based living in the UK. There will be occasional visits (2 / 3 times per year!) required to the Company Head Office for training and team building days.

Requirements

As mentioned, this is a hands on Lead Software Engineering role where the ideal candidate will have deep commercial experience with C# .Net, ReactJS, Agile and Azure Cloud. This includes practical knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Table/Queue/Blob Storage, ASP.NET WebAPI, and database technologies. We’re looking for strong knowledge of software engineering principles such as unit testing, change management control and SOLID Design Principles.

About the company

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer on a Fully Remote basis! The new Engineering Lead will need to be very much hands on, someone that is still very much close to the code as you’ll join and lead by example a small team of 4 other Software Developers with a technology stack that includes C# .Net, Azure, Claude Code and React!
