Data Analyst

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analysing complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Improving data quality, processes and reporting capability
• Combining data from multiple systems to create meaningful analysis
• Supporting automation and smarter ways of working
• Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Power BI (including dashboard development)
• Excel and working with large datasets
• Data analysis, reporting and visualisation
• Data quality improvement and governance
• Power Query, DAX and data modelling (desirable)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving reporting processes and creating solutions that help organisations make better decisions. You’ll be working in a highly confidential environment, where data accuracy, governance and attention to detail are critical.

You’ll be comfortable working with confidential information, able to communicate insights clearly, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment., Experience working with HR, workforce, security, compliance or other sensitive datasets would be highly beneficial.
