Implementation Consultant

Zycus is looking for anImplementation Consultantwith strong domain expertise in P2P / S2P / Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay / Procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on configuration experience with Procurement Software such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc., and a solid understanding ofboth upstream and downstream modules.Candidates who have worked asSolution Consultants, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, or Pre-Sales Consultantsare highly preferred. Prior consulting experience in implementing or managing Cloud Procurement Suites is also an added advantage.Role & ResponsibilitiesConfiguration & Solution DesignConfigure procurement modules (Upstream and Downstream) across cloud procurement suites.Translate business requirements into functional configurations and maintain configuration documentation.Define, configure, and validate workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP/financial integrations.Conduct product demonstrations, perform functional testing, and ensure configuration aligns with client needs.Provide configuration expertise during enhancements, upgrades, and production support.Implementation & DeliveryManage end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, training, reporting, and post-go-live support.Drive project delivery ensuring successful, on-time go-live and customer adoption.Coordinate with client teams and onsite/offshore engagement teams to gather requirements, finalize deliverables, and manage workplans.Ensure quality delivery of engagements both led by self and executed by reportees.Consulting & Stakeholder EngagementAct as afunctional SMEfor Source-to-Pay processes: supplier onboarding, requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and payables.Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend best practices for procurement transformation.Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives and long-term strategy.Serve as a customer advocate within Zycus for issue resolution and feature prioritization.Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, client orals, and solution demonstrations.Manage S2P production support and enhancement requests, partnering with business owners to validate change requirements.Identify recurring issue patterns and work with product management/engineering for systemic resolution.DriveAI-ledinnovation initiatives within Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation programs.Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve procurement operations and customer outcomes.Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to design innovative AI-powered use cases across sourcing, supplier management, contract management, invoicing, and procurement analytics.Recommend process optimization opportunities using AI-enabled insights, automation frameworks, and digital transformation strategies.Act as a strategic advisor to customers on emerging trends in AI-driven procurement transformation and intelligent enterprise automation.Contribute to building reusable consulting accelerators, AI-driven implementation frameworks, and best practices for scalable customer delivery.Support innovation workshops, executive discussions, and solution demonstrations showcasing Zycus’ AI capabilities and procurement innovation roadmap.Skills Required3-15 years of consulting experiencein S2P/P2P solutions with IT organizations, consulting firms, or software providers.5+ years of hands-on experienceimplementing and configuring Cloud Procurement Suites (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, or similar).Proven expertise insolution configuration: workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP/financial system integrations.Experience inconfiguring and delivering product demonstrationsand managing end-to-end software implementations.Strong knowledge ofprocurement processes (upstream & downstream)including sourcing, contracting, supplier management, requisitioning, invoicing, and payments.Domain expertise inCLM, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis, and Procurement Digitalization.Proven ability tofacilitate knowledge transferand translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.Exceptionalclient engagement and communication skillswith ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience inchange management (MOC), business process re-engineering, and gap analysis.Track record of delivering successful, timely, and high-quality software implementations.5 Reasons to Join the Zycus Solution Consulting GroupJoin a consulting organization that is actively integrating AI, automation, and intelligent procurement capabilities into enterprise transformation programs.
